Thai Navy Beach Pattaya

This popular beach is owned and managed by the Thai Navy, and is frequented by both Thai Nationals and foreigners alike. The 1km long beach is kept remarkably clean considering the number of visitors it handles each day. This is down to the hard work of the Navy who spend a lot of time maintaining its beauty every day after the last visitor has gone home.

Officially opened up for public use in 2003 for the promotion of eco-tourism, this beach was selected due to its location close to the bustling city of Pattaya, and because of its natural beauty, stunning coral reefs and its naturally shaded areas provided by the abundance of trees.

The beach also offers a selection of beachside restaurants, public toilets and a couple of shops. Several water based activities are also possible on Sai Kaew Beach including sea kayaks, snorkeling , water skiing and banana boat rides.
